Training
BLS emphasizes training and quality therapist performance.
All new employees work through a 2+ week new employee orientation that includes classroom work with lectures, notes, flashcards, role playing scenarios, as well as in-situ observation and practice.
BLS also trains all employees to become Registered Behavior Technicians. We provide training, competency assessments, and ongoing supervision. Our pass rate is above the national average, as provided by the BACB. To learn more about the RBT credential, please visit the BACB's website.
Continuous training and feedback is crucial for fidelity of implementation. BLS's program is structured in such a way that supervisors are always available to answer questions, demo programs, and problem solve.
